We have a strong group of Run Leaders, Triathlon Coaches and Swim Coaches that mean we can host sessions safely week after week. We also have countless other roles that support the work of the committee on a volunteer basis.
Run Leaders

Our Run Leaders are all volunteers who plan, lead, and safely guide group runs for members. They choose suitable routes, manage the pace so runners stay together, give clear instructions, and make sure everyone feels welcome—whether they’re new, returning, or experienced. Run Leaders also keep an eye on safety and help create a positive, inclusive atmosphere that reflects the club values.

Gavin Townsend is our Club Championship co-ordinator. Ensuring there are enough races and points to encourage everyone to compete.
Kelly Enderwick organises our Cross Country races, meaning we stay active all Winter long!
Lauren Young is kit manager, making sure we all look the part.
Lalage Brown oversees our Relay entries, pulling together great teams across all categories of racing.
