- 1. Secretaries Report
The Club secretary will give a brief verbal update on the following topics, Membership Numbers, Begginers Sessions, Triathlon Section, Harrier League, and Club Championship. ( More details will follow in the Autumn Newsletter. )
- 2. Treasuers Report
The Club Treasurer will give a brief verbal update on the club finances for 2013-2014, and a summary of the current financial position. Club accounts for 2013-14 can be viewed here.
- 3. Chairman’s Address
Prior to the election of the new committee the chairman will make an address on the club development during 2013-14.
- 4. Election of Committee for 2014-2015.
Proposals and election of the club committee positions, Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary and Club coach, plus two ordinary members who will serve on the committee. All attending paid up club members are eligible to vote.
