Welcome to Ponteland Runners…….

Ponteland Runners,  including Ponteland Tri, would like to welcome all local runners, ( plodders, joggers, racers, triathletes ) from Beginners to experienced to come and join our very friendly club.

We have sessions catering for nearly all abilities,  from our regular running beginners series to help people start running or return,  to the weeky A and B group sessions and the long runs on Sundays.  If you’ve never completed a 10k, half or full marathon,  or a duathlon or triathlon and want the support of a local club then we are the place to come.  If you just want to run regularly for fitness then we also cater for that.  We have many members who don’t race and have no plans to.

All our committee members and run leaders are available to talk to any potential member.  Just come along to a session and try it,  just make yourself known to the leader.  You don’t need to join to try a few sessions,  come and see if you enjoy it.
