Committee Meeting minutes 03 September 2017 19:00hrs

- Clothing – Club moving from Viga for vests and going back to More mile. Hoodies will be obtained from our previous supplier; Davmar.
- XC- Reminder everyone needs to be a full member to participate.
- New flag – Sue to progress. Flag manager required – James Leiper will do this.
- Membership – Still some outstanding members require to pay subs.

- Post GNR at pub Sunday evening
- XC pre-season meal/drinks
- XC post season meal/drinks
- Bowling evening
- January quiz evening
- Finance update provided by PH
- Domain names – discussion on having PontTri and PontRun as domain names – Cost approx. £25 – action CH
- Run scheduling – online scheduling going live. Mark Storey possible C leader. Still need more B leaders. Ask S Morgan-Nicholson regarding run leader courses.
- Ponteland triathlon- decision by next meeting. SH to discuss with rugby club and Ashington Tri prior to this.
- Welfare officer required as C Hudson is no longer a club member.
